Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Springs Leeds Foodhall, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

- Work across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Digitally confident with experience using digital tools

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends

- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 p/h for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

**Working Hours:**

- Monday 22:00 - 06:00

- Wednesday 22:00 - 06:00

- Friday 14:00 - 22:00

- Saturday 14:00 - 22:00

**Additional Information:**

- This role involves working through the night, so applicants must be 18 years or older

- Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
