## Description

Eden House, part of Priory, is an 18-bed residential service in Mill Hill, North London, offering bespoke addiction therapy through its pioneering Flourish programme.

As a Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth running of the service, supporting residents with daily tasks, and maintaining a positive environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Meet the needs and requirements of residents, including participation in activities and daily living tasks.

- Update person-centred support and care plans, charts, and daily notes.

- Develop professional relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or a related area, or equivalent/higher recognised qualification.

- Experience in a related environment is desirable.
