## Description

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our Cross Industries Solution Architecture team at LATAM level. As a Solution Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and defining solution visions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders

- Lead the end-to-end design of Salesforce solutions

- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and value-driven solutions

- Facilitate discovery sessions and functional workshops to gather requirements

- Design and document business processes using structured frameworks and methodologies

- Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and prototyping when required

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce implementation best practices and platform governance

- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Partner with project managers to provide technical guidance and identify risks

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams

- Mentor and coach Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants

- Lead solution estimations, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities when required

- Lead executive-level conversations, influencing business and technology decisions with C-level stakeholders

Experience & Skills Required:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions

- Strong expertise with the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and other relevant Salesforce Clouds

- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds

- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, and solution architecture best practices

- Experience working in consulting environments and leading customer-facing engagements

- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies

- Ability to balance business needs with technical considerations

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges

- Advanced or fluent English (required); Spanish proficiency is preferred
