## Description

You will be joining as a Senior Project Manager with a salary of GBP 59,955 - 68,883 per year.

The role involves mentoring teams to excel in project management, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery, and bringing expertise in project managing construction contracts. You will be responsible for scheduling projects, establishing supply chains, monitoring finances, and ensuring projects follow FCDO Services' Project Process Map and Health & Safety policies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Mentoring teams to excel in project management

- Ensuring efficient and effective project delivery

- Bringing expertise in project managing construction contracts

- Developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Identifying opportunities to repeat or create additional business

Requirements include:

- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or equivalent)

- Experience in drafting, tendering, and managing NEC4 or similar construction contracts

- Applied project management methodologies in multidisciplinary construction projects

- Experience leading teams and managing people

- Strategic risk management experience

- Familiarity with Health & Safety standards and procedures, including Construction Design Management 2015
