As a Configuration Analyst Senior, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and usability of the PATH (Oracle Cerner Millennium) environment by serving as knowledgeable system support for clinical and operational users.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in coordinating the execution of approved configuration changes in the PATH EHR system

- Maintain an accurate record system of all configuration changes executed in the system that may be audited by various government agencies and their partners

- Operate within a cross-functional and organisational team of partners in order to deliver a coordinated, predictable, reliable, and safe model for managing change within PATH EHR

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 4+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

- Extensive understanding of PATH (Oracle Cerner Millennium) EHR system, ServiceNow incident triage, management, and incident resolution

- Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance

- Ability to travel up to 25%
