## About the Role

As a Wolt Market Area Manager in Athens, Greece, you will lead a team of 6-8 Store Managers and Store Team Leads, overseeing a world-class grocery delivery operation. Your main focus areas will be safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.

## Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end store operations, from fulfillment to delivery, for a group of stores.

- Continuously improve operations, focusing on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.

- Lead and motivate a team of store leaders and associates, as well as hire and train new store leaders.

- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to optimize store operations and ensure operational excellence.

- Drive the creation of shift schedules, quality initiatives, and process changes to support store leaders in meeting business targets.

- Review demand forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet store and country objectives.

- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other team members to develop optimal store operations in Greece.

## Requirements

- Experience in operations management in retail, distribution, or platform economy environments.

- Strong analytical skills, with Excel being a strong recommendation.

- Experience leading teams in stores or similar fields.

- Full professional proficiency in English and Greek.

- Ability to think and act quickly, with attention to detail.

- Hands-on, proactive, practical, and pragmatic attitude with resilience to change.
