We are seeking a driven and experienced Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, specifically focusing on our critical Manufacturing and Production Engineering Operations.

**Responsibilities**

- Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover passive and active candidates with expertise in areas such as:

+ Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Integration, Avionics, Wire Harnessing, and Mechanical Assembly.   + Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing.   + Manufacturing Engineering.   + Specialized Electrical Engineering and Firmware Engineering.   + Manufacturing Software/Automation Engineering.   + Generalist manufacturing roles.

- Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective manufacturing talent.

- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of manufacturing and production engineering roles.

- Collaboration: Partner effectively with recruiters to understand specific role requirements and production demands.

- Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies.

**Required Qualifications**

- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data-driven approaches.

- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques.

- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing.

- Tooling Experience: Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Manufacturing & Engineering Acumen: Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing processes.

- Independent & Proactive: Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously.

- Resilient & Creative Problem Solver: Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges.
