## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Health Service and Operation Manager.

In this role, you will:

- Lead tiered member operations to drive customer upgrades and progression, and optimise the member demographic structure through refined user operation strategies.

- Partner with Technology teams to elevate overall member satisfaction, and continuously monitor and optimise the member experience across privilege utilisation, functional interaction, and member engagement touchpoints.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design effective member penetration pathways and marketing strategies based on current business coverage and customer profiles.

- Manage cross-departmental project collaboration and communication to drive the successful implementation of initiatives within the member framework, ensuring mutual value creation for all stakeholders.

- Work closely with channel managers and IT for overall business support.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor or above education background

- Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and can proactively drive a project independently
