Join Twilio as a fully remote Payroll Analyst II in Mexico!

Twilio is looking for a talented and results-driven person who is passionate about US Payroll and lives the Twilio Magic. You will have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to advocate for a position while maintaining a collaborative and open-minded approach.

Responsibilities:

- Support multi-state US biweekly payroll processing using Workday.

- Serve as backup support for Americas payroll processing.

- Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local legislation related to payroll and garnishments.

- Follow standard processes and controls to ensure continuous compliance.

- Collaborate with the US Payroll team to complete biweekly audits.

- Monitor reports of inactive employees and process off-cycles as necessary.

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and provide support and input when required.

- Deliver excellent employee experience in relation to ServiceNow queries.

- Understand employment tax requirements relating to compensation and benefits.

- Help maintain documentation of all payroll SOPs.

- Assist with annual preparation of W2s.

- Adhere to all legal and internal deadlines.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience processing payroll for the US.

- Previous Workday Payroll processing experience.

- Knowledge of payroll processes, statutory laws, and Fair Labor Standards Act.

- Discipline and ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize competing workloads.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
