## Description

Sodexo is seeking an Assistant Village Manager to join their site operations working on a flagship global contract in Mining.

The Assistant Village Manager will report to the Village Manager and play a vital role in the successful running of village operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and supporting teams

- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing systems, policies, and procedures

- Ensuring safety and adhering to HSE and HR legislation

- Managing conflicts and negotiations

Requirements:

- Previous people management and project management experience

- Current full WA Manual Driver's licence

- Ability to work FIFO from Perth on an 8:6 roster

- Willingness to obtain CPR/First aid, Snake Handling Training, and Fire Warden tickets/licenses/training
