## Description

Supply chain complexity is accelerating, and companies that win are those that can integrate faster, resolve exceptions before they become problems, and use business-to-business supply chain orchestration as a competitive differentiator.

The Solutions Architect role involves partnering directly with the Sales team to own the technical narrative from initial discovery through close, connecting specific supply chain challenges to outcomes Cleo's platform can deliver.

Key responsibilities include:

- Functioning as a supply chain expert, technical lead, and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle

- Conducting discovery sessions to gather business and technology requirements

- Translating technical architecture into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders

- Designing end-to-end integration architectures tailored to each prospect's ERP, WMS, TMS, and trading partner ecosystem

- Demonstrating the value of Cleo solutions through presentations and demonstrations

- Assessing, scoping, and completing POCs to demonstrate measurable ROI

- Leading technical responses for RFI/RFPs

- Serving as Cleo's AI subject matter expert in customer-facing conversations

- Applying AI tools across the sales cycle

- Collaborating with Product Management to provide voice-of-the-customer feedback

- Partnering with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure smooth technical handoffs

- Contributing to the SA knowledge base by building reusable assets, demo scripts, and POC frameworks

Prerequisites include:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field

- 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role

- Hands-on experience with EDI, B2B integration protocols, and cloud or on-premises integration platforms

- Understanding of core supply chain processes

- Knowledge of B2B integrations

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery, solution design, and POC execution

The role requires fluency in supply chain operations and technical architecture, as well as AI fluency.
