## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Green Bay, WI. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and function. You will also educate patients on proper techniques and provide support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients to determine the need for physical therapy services

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Wisconsin

- Ability to work with patients of all ages and abilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
