## Description

We're seeking a Composites Technician to join our team at Multimatic Advanced Manufacturing Technologies. As a Composites Technician, you'll work with a team that designs and builds advanced composite components used in high-performance vehicles and motorsport programs.

You'll be hands-on from day one, learning laminating and cutting-edge skills with advanced materials, and gaining experience with technologies such as autoclaves, molds, carbon fiber layups, structural bonding, and more.

Key responsibilities:

- Learn how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave

- Work with autoclaves and ovens to cure composite materials

- Get hands-on experience in building and assembling composite components and substructures

- Cut, trim, bond, and finish composite parts to precise specifications

- Gain knowledge in interpreting lamination and assembly manuals

- Help create master molds and patterns

- Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

- Collaborate closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations

- Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized

- Participate in continuous improvement activities

We don't require expertise, but you should be motivated, curious, and willing to learn. You'll need:

- A willingness to learn how to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions

- Motivation for problem-solving and using hands-on skills

- A willingness to learn about composite materials, resins, and adhesives

- Basic computer skills to enter your timesheet

- Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused

- Passion for building cool things, especially motorsport-related components
