## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

We are seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to own hands-on configuration, data manipulation, and integration work across our full project portfolio.

The ERP Systems Analyst team is a fast-moving group responsible for integrating Oracle Fusion ERP and best-in-class internal tools.

In this role, you will own much of the configuration and data work related to the ERP. You will also expand your skillset by embedding in the full implementation lifecycle: participating in onsite discovery, providing fit/gap analyses, completing builds and configurations, converting data, executing test scenarios, and supporting Go-Lives at various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end data conversion for integrations: extract source data, map to Oracle templates, derive business rules for undefined fields, validate data quality, and leverage AI tools to eliminate manual work and build repeatable processes for future implementations.

- Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration for new business units, translating operational, accounting, and legal requirements into application design decisions for ERP and satellite system teams.

- Execute system configuration for new Oracle legal entities across workstreams: DTB, WMS, PTP, OTC, PTC, and RTR.

- Plan and execute testing cycles, build and run test cases, resolve defects, and drive root cause analysis and resolution with satellite system teams.

- Travel onsite to various company locations to lead discovery sessions and demonstrations, deliver hands-on ERP training, and provide Go-Live and Hypercare support.

- Collaborate with the program management and enablement functions to build and maintain standardized data templates, integration standard operating procedures, and reusable training materials.

- Partner with cross-functional satellite tool teams to coordinate configuration changes and test dependencies on tight project timelines.

- Operate in an agile, sprint-based delivery model: own your workstream, hit sprint milestones, surface blockers early, and keep integration programs moving without waiting for direction.

- Contribute to and maintain the ERP knowledge base, capturing design decisions, configuration documentation, and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications:
