## Description

Join the EA Sports FC Companion App Quality Verification team as a Quality Designer. You'll lead the strategic quality practices for the mobile and web companion app, ensuring the best experience for players.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end quality strategy for mobile and web

- Collaborate to create solutions to quality problems using an experimental mindset

- Analyse and compile data points to build strategies to improve overall player experience

- Mentor others, promoting a 'Player First' approach and advocating for the player

- Partner with senior members of development, production, and design teams to develop a quality player experience

Requirements:

- Experience leading mobile game play testing

- Experience playing FC, including the Companion App

- 5+ years of applicable experience

- Foundation in machine learning/AI concepts and evaluation

- Experience with bug prevention and containment strategies

- Experience working within a continuous delivery model

- Experience working with React Native a plus
