## Description

Figma is seeking a Support Content Specialist to own the knowledge systems, strategy, and infrastructure for delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale. The successful candidate will design the architecture for organizing knowledge, build and optimize automated workflows, and ensure both humans and AI can retrieve accurate information.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and iterate on AI-powered content systems, including automated workflows and quality checks.

- Own the information architecture of the internal knowledge base, defining how content is organized and structured for human use and AI consumption.

- Develop a content strategy for the Product Support team, including health metrics and regular impact reporting.

- Establish content governance standards, including style guides and documentation frameworks.

- Optimize how content tools and AI agents work together as a cohesive system.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining knowledge or content programs at scale in a Support environment for a technical SaaS product.

- Proficiency in tools like Notion, Zendesk, and Decagon.

- Advanced practice of using AI tools as core infrastructure in content workflow.

- Experience with systems integrations via API, webhooks, MCP, or other methods.

- Strong written communication skills.
