## Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Global Consumer Products team at Red Bull. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing our global supply chain.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage production status and strategically handle collections

- Engage with suppliers to ensure up-to-date availability forecasts and address any delays

- Communicate and align availability plans with internal teams and maintain strong supplier relationships

- Analyze performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Coordinate transportation from factories and work with forwarders to ensure timely delivery while minimizing costs

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of essential documentation

- Identify and implement strategies for improving costs and service levels

- Coordinate, plan, align, and monitor warehouse forecast and inbound activities

- Address and resolve complaints regarding stock and inbound processes

- Support month- and year-end activities and participate in improvement initiatives

- Define and execute necessary reports and approve transport invoices

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in Operations (Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Process Management) or a similar field, ideally in an international environment

- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel

- Experience with SAP and other systems related to supply chain management is beneficial

- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently

- Strong communication skills and team player

- Flexibility, strong prioritization, and time management skills

- Analytical way of thinking and reliability
