## Description

As a Service Team Leader at Morrisons, you'll be the driving force behind the front end of our store operations in Barnsley. You'll bring a proactive approach, keeping things running smoothly across checkouts, customer service, kiosks, and car parks.

Responsibilities:

- Be visible on the shop floor, staying out front with your team, using headsets to jump in quickly, support colleagues, and keep queues moving.

- Lead a friendly, helpful team, building an encouraging team culture where colleagues feel trusted, listened to, and recognised for a job well done.

- Keep standards high, safe, and legal, ensuring all daily processes, cash handling, and legal obligations are followed properly every shift.

- Use data to make good calls, looking at store reports and dashboards to spot what's working, fix problems quickly, and keep improving the checkout experience for everyone.

- Keep waste down, helping to keep the department tidy and organised, making sure put-backs are handled promptly to minimise waste.
