## Description

A rewarding opportunity awaits for a skilled Processing Operator to join our dynamic team at Lamb Weston's Oosterbierum plant.

We're looking for a motivated individual to oversee the progress of our production process and ensure the achievement of production and quality standards on the production floor. As a Processing Operator, you will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, performing routine maintenance tasks, and collaborating with our technical team to resolve any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor and control the production process to ensure adherence to set standards and protocols

- Operate and maintain production equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks as necessary

- Collaborate with the technical team to identify and resolve any production issues or malfunctions

- Conduct quality control checks and report any anomalies to the relevant personnel

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry or process technology sector

- A completed MBO level 3 or 4 qualification in an operation-related field, or a willingness to pursue further education

- Familiarity with SAP and HACCP systems is a plus

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

- A proactive approach, with a focus on achieving results and delivering high-quality outcomes
