## Description

This role supports order management and fulfillment activities at LSEG, ensuring customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**

- Manage end-to-end customer requests related to billing, account management, and order fulfillment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine solutions and progress cases to closure within agreed timelines

- Handle complex requests and escalations, coordinating with relevant teams to achieve effective outcomes

- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams, documenting updates and actions accurately

- Follow established processes and controls to ensure compliance and operational consistency

- Provide support across global regions, identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to operational efficiency

- Uphold quality and service standards through attention to detail and consistent execution

**Responsibilities:**

- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills in managing customer interactions

- Prepare and review customer responses, internal communications, and process documentation with accuracy and consistency

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive customer experience

- Apply sound judgment and decision-making skills to assess customer requests and prioritize workload

- Collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries

- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support changing business priorities
