## Description

The Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership will host its 2026 Fall Conference at the French Lick Springs Hotel. This three-day event offers opportunities for networking, leadership development and poster presentations showcasing nursing best practices from across Indiana.

All Indiana nurses are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentation. Submissions must reflect current or recently completed work conducted in Indiana and align with one or more of the following topics:

- Influence and Advance the Nursing Profession

- Collaborative partnerships across the continuum of care

- Leading the future of nursing through innovation and emerging trends

- Translation & utilization of nursing research to guide practice

- Innovative strategies to attract top nursing talent across all career stages

- Redefining retention with innovative approaches

- Advancing nursing leadership advocacy

- Strengthening Indiana Nursing through inclusive environments in practice and voice

Research and projects should clearly demonstrate application and relevance for nurse leaders, incorporate current evidence, and align with IONL strategies.
