## Description

We are seeking an Endoscopy Practitioner to join the team at Circle Reading Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. This bank role involves working on an 'as and when required' basis to support staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Supporting the team to deliver care that improves the health of individuals and the wider community

- Demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect, and dignity

- Developing own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge and skill

- Communicating appropriately with others involved in patient care

- Acting as an advocate for safeguarding patients and speaking up when there are concerns about care

- Demonstrating commitment to improving care and the patient experience

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration

- Basic and advanced Competence/qualification in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination

- Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination

- Teaching/Assessing/mentorship qualifications

- Knowledge of appropriate standards and external bodies (Care Quality Commission, GRS, JAG, HTM 01-06)

- ILS

- Minimum 2 years of endoscopy experience required

- Jets workforce training is preferred

Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £28.00 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
