## Description

We are looking for an Associate, Treasury to join our Capital One Travel Treasury team.

As an Associate, Treasury, you will be the operational engine of our liquidity and cash management processes. You will execute critical daily operations, manage transactional workflows, and ensure robust risk controls are maintained through proper Segregation of Duties (SOD). This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to serve as a point of contact for cross-divisional teams while performing the essential financial analysis that drives senior leadership's decision-making.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform daily cash positioning, bank reconciliations, funding execution support, rewards funding calculations, bank account administration, and reporting inputs.

- Handle first-level operational tasks and transactional workflows, including preparing daily cash data, supporting reconciliations, maintaining clear documentation, and actively tracking exceptions.

- Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting to directly support the Senior Manager’s strategic decision-making and business objectives.

- Execute daily operations flawlessly while ensuring proper Segregation of Duties (SOD) is maintained to support a strong internal control and risk environment.

- Serve as Point of Contact (POC) for Treasury support, partnering effectively with cross-divisional internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Analysis

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

- 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis

- 3+ years’ experience with financial modeling

- 2+ years’ experience in strategic analysis & planning

**Salary Information:** The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $81,700 - $93,300 New York, NY: $89,200 - $101,700 Richmond, VA: $74,200 - $84,700
