## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a Head of GTM Enablement - Global Lead to define what world-class enablement looks like at scale. The successful candidate will own the strategy behind turning every sales representative into a top performer, lead a global enablement function, and operate with full AI fluency.

Responsibilities:

- Define the strategy and measurement framework for enablement

- Lead a global enablement function spanning onboarding, technical and product enablement, and outbound enablement

- Build automations applied directly to enablement workstreams and embed AI fluency into the seller curriculum

- Partner cross-functionally with the product marketing team and own everything that makes sellers great internally

Requirements:

- 8+ years enablement leadership experience built around a technical product and a mature enterprise sales motion

- Real sales experience and hands-on experience building or working with AI agents and/or API tools

- A track record building enablement strategy and measurement frameworks

- Experience scaling programs consistently across distributed, global teams and time zones

- A builder's mindset and experience leading or enabling a technical or field engineering motion
