## Description

As a Senior Business Manager, Product Strategy, you will support strategic priorities for the Consumer Product (CDX) leadership team. CDX drives critical platforms for digital engagement and developer tools. You will lead the annual CDX strategy, partner with CDX leaders to answer strategic questions, and lead priority strategic initiatives. You will also support the organization's intelligence unit, provide analytics, and set the vision for long-term product innovation.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategy and problem-solving skills, a strong product orientation, and a record of understanding customers' needs. You will be able to establish credibility with senior leaders and colleagues from different disciplines and have highly effective communication skills.

The basic qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree, at least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, people management, and project management. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field, 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, people management, and product development.

The salary range for this role varies by location: Chicago, IL ($182,500 - $208,300), McLean, VA ($200,700 - $229,100), New York, NY ($219,000 - $249,900), Richmond, VA ($182,500 - $208,300). This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
