## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Professional Indemnity team in London.

The successful candidate will lead a varied caseload, including complex, high-value and multi-party claims, while supervising and developing other team members. They will also support business development activity and help strengthen both new and existing client relationships.

The team advises on claims involving a broad range of professionals, including engineers, architects, surveyors, solicitors, accountants, brokers and IFAs. They also handle professional indemnity policy coverage advice and disputes.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead on high-value disputes

- Supervise more junior members of the team

- Participate in business development opportunities

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer

- Previous defendant insurance, professional indemnity experience

- Ability to manage and develop others
