## Description

As a Customer and Trading Manager - Online at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Chichester, West Sussex, you will plan and lead the online picking and delivery team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

The role involves being a visible leader, engaging and coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers, and collaborating with other managers to ensure the success of the overall store.

- A track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues

- Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

- Operational leadership skills

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs

- Experience in managing employee relations issues
