## Description

We are seeking a Hotel Services Lead to join our team at Beaumont Hospital in Bolton. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will manage and support the Portering and Housekeeping teams to ensure timely and professional delivery of services across all areas of the hospital. Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing core portering duties, including patient and goods movement, site security, and gas management

- Ensuring all housekeeping services meet policy and infection prevention standards

- Acting as a key point of contact for patients, visitors, and consultants

- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance within the team

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Previous experience managing operational teams within hospitality or healthcare environments

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- A basic understanding of MS Excel and administrative processes

- A hospitality or facilities services qualification (desirable)

- An understanding of cleanliness and infection control standards in a clinical or hotel setting

- A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
