## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a talented Senior Experience Designer to join the EA SPORTS UFC team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Senior Experience Designer, you will help define the next generation of the franchise and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for millions of players.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in game development, experience design, or a related product design field. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, responsive, and engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across different platforms. You will also collaborate closely with creative, technical, and product partners to shape outstanding, player-centric experiences from concept through final delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the design of user-centered design solutions

- Creating and maintaining clear design documentation

- Leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance design velocity, craft, and execution

- Collaborating cross-functionally with producers, game designers, artists, and engineers

- Mentoring and providing constructive feedback to more junior designers

Nice to have:

- Experience working on live service or AAA games

- A passion for video games and interactive entertainment

- A strong interest in the UFC brand
