## Description

We are seeking a PM Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn National Airport. As a PM Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guestrooms and public areas to our high standards. You will assist guests by providing friendly, courteous, and professional service, adhering to health regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas

- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to requests in a positive and timely manner

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures

- Work effectively as a team player, supporting other departments as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Hotel housekeeping or laundry experience preferred

- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds

- Attention to detail, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
