As a Retail Creative Graphic Design Intern, you'll collaborate with a dynamic, creative team to design and implement impactful graphic packages across iconic Disney destinations, supporting hundreds of retail locations.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Orlando, FL, from January 2027 to June 2027.

Responsibilities: You will help shape immersive, storewide graphic experiences across Disney destinations,from Walt Disney World and Disneyland to Disney Cruise Line and more,supporting over 300 retail locations where craftsmanship, collaboration, and creativity meet.

On any given day, you might:

- Support the Retail Creative Team in designing, producing, and implementing storewide graphic packages for over 300 retail locations as part of Disney Experiences

- Build environmental graphics to support new film and product strategies while adhering to established brand standards

- Support the team in implementing site-specific and global graphic packages

- Coordinate fabrication of 2D or layered graphics with vendors on time while adhering to specifications and maintaining a high standard of quality

- Support the Global Retail Sign Program with updates as needed

- Prepare mechanical files, printing, and fabrication of designs

- Coordinate and support the production and installation of Retail Creative park initiatives

Requirements:

- Demonstrated knowledge in composition, hierarchy, and color theory, as well as a clear understanding of typography and layout

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

- Comfortable in a hands-on production environment with close attention to detail

- Proven organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with short deadlines

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in a graphic production environment

- Familiarity with project management software

- Previous knowledge of and desire to learn new software as needed to further support the needs of the organization (i.e., motion graphics, 3D modeling, etc.)

Education:

- Junior or Senior year preferred

- Major or previous coursework in Graphic Design, Art Design, or a related major preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

- Enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

- Not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program

- At least 18 years of age

- Unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

- The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 through June 2027

- Fully available Monday – Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week

- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area

- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

- Aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

The pay rate for this internship in Orlando, Florida, is $23.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
