## Description

Come join EA's People Analytics, Talent Business Operations, & Strategic Workforce Planning organisation, that helps support EA's talent strategy. We help EA's leaders make decisions on how to improve EA's workforce. You'll be part of our dynamic People Experience function where analytics plays a meaningful role.

As a People Analyst, you will report to a Senior Data Scientist within the People Analytics team and will be hybrid, based in our Vancouver office. This is an 8-month full-time temporary role.

You will have end-to-end ownership of monthly workforce reporting, including collection and reconciliation of headcount plans and estimates, developing models and presentations, and direct partnership with senior leaders.

You'll directly involve yourself in architecting the internal data fabric of the People Analytics function in Snowflake.

You'll partner with the People Analytics team to complete people data insights projects, including building scalable data pipelines for recommendation systems.

We're looking for a bold thinker who is both analytical and motivated. You understand people, and enjoy using data and analytics to bring order to ambiguous problems. You will be part of the engine supplying the analytical power to help EA win in a complex talent marketplace.
