## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Patient Support Program team as an intern. As a Patient Support Program Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that directly impact patients' lives and contribute to the company's mission of uniting science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together.

The Patient Support Program area is responsible for understanding patients' needs and supporting the implementation of services that contribute to treatment adherence and quality of life. As an intern, you will work closely with our team to develop skills in operational and administrative routines, including document management, control management, and interaction with internal systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing skills in operational and administrative routines of the area

- Learning to organise controls, analyses, spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents

- Supporting activities to monitor service quality and performance metrics

- Participating in the development, review, approval, and production of program materials

- Contributing to the development of presentations and creative materials for internal and external communication

- Proactively resolving problems and monitoring demands

We are looking for students with:

- Intermediate Office package skills

- Intermediate English skills

- Creativity and proactivity

- Good written and verbal communication

- Organisation, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple demands

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment

- Availability to intern in a hybrid model in Jacarepaguá for 6 hours a day
