## Description

We are seeking a Community Care Programme Manager to oversee signature Group Community Care programmes, ensuring they address social needs effectively and are scalable and sustainable.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing Community Care programmes and ensuring their scalability and sustainability

- Developing and executing internal and external communications, storytelling, and promotional materials to drive engagement

- Measuring and reporting programme performance against targets

- Collaborating with Community Care Leads across markets to enhance knowledge sharing and guide local initiatives

- Consolidating data and collecting local market insights to measure programme effectiveness

- Driving volunteerism activities to deepen employee engagement and shared sense of responsibility towards the community

- Maintaining and enhancing the volunteer platform to encourage more employee engagement and volunteering opportunities

Requirements:

- University degree or above

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Over 5 years of working experience in corporate social responsibility, corporate communications, employee engagement, or related fields

- Proven strategic planning, implementation, and project management skills

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective management with internal and external stakeholders

- Understanding of ESG reporting and data and project management preferred

- Strong communications background with the ability to develop and manage communications across multiple channels

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in Asia regional Community Care programme management and implementation

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cross-country projects concurrently

- Experience in ESG reporting and data management

- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
