## Description

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity – Senior Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to join their Air Dominance Classified Security Operations team in Berkeley, MO. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) and will serve as a technical leader, supporting Enterprise activities and Boeing customers across multiple classified computing domains.

The ISSM will be responsible for ensuring that all Information System Security policies, standards, and directives are enforced to support the assessment, authorization, and continued operation of information systems processing classified information.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to program leadership

- Leading the development and documentation of best practices and methodologies for cybersecurity operations

- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present architectural designs

- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

- Assisting in the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based architectures

- Providing guidance on migrating from on-premises to cloud-based solutions

- Analyzing existing systems and processes to identify areas for optimization and waste reduction

- Defining and refining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for cybersecurity deliverables and team execution

- Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing, cybersecurity requirements, and DevOps

Additional responsibilities include:

- Applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to strategize, plan, design, develop, and verify highly complex security solutions

- Providing strategic guidance and consultation on enterprise execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), security compliance, and monitoring

- Overseeing research that results in new requirements management methodologies or unique approaches that mitigate assessment and review findings

- Providing mentoring and technical leadership to the information security enterprise community

- Integrating technical, cost, value, and risk considerations into secure product definition

- Exploring and shaping industry knowledge and methods, tools, and processes applicable to security solutions

- Representing the company in industry or academic forums

- Advising management on high-leverage information security-related issues

- Interfacing with government customers, suppliers, and company personnel to implement protective mechanisms and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements

- Preparing, reviewing, and presenting technical reports and briefings

- Identifying root causes, prioritizing threats, and recommending or implementing corrective action
