## Description

At Electronic Arts, we're looking for a Head of Design to own the end-to-end experience strategy across the player app and creator tools. Key responsibilities include setting the UX vision and principles across player, creator, marketplace, and safety experiences, owning multi-surface design across mobile and PC, building and scaling a unified design system, leading creator experience design, elevating player journeys, institutionalizing research and insights, operationalizing experimentation, championing accessibility and inclusive design, establishing Design Ops, codifying regional UX playbooks, and recruiting, coaching, and retaining talent.

Requirements include 10+ years in Product/UX Design for consumer platforms, including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary design teams, a portfolio demonstrating platform-scale UX, creator/tooling design, and design-system leadership, expertise in mobile-first design with strong cross-platform sensibilities, proven experience shipping at least two of: creator tooling, content discovery/feeds, social/UGC features, marketplace/economy surfaces, or safety/identity systems, and excellent cross-functional leadership and communication.
