## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service and selling our latest fashion items.

- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Keep standards sky-high while balancing speed and accuracy, even when the pressure is on.

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting your colleagues and working as a team.

- Be flexible and adapt to where you’re needed, when you’re needed.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 13:00-17:00

- Friday: 12:00-20:30

- Saturday: 12:00-20:30

**Additional Shifts:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
