## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at The Galleries Washington. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

**Work Pattern:**

- Monday 10:00–16:00

- Wednesday 10:00–15:00

- Friday 10:00–15:00

- Saturday 10:00–15:00

**Responsibilities:**

- Stock management: You’ll be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and tidy.

- Delivery management: You’ll oversee deliveries, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately.

- Teamwork: You’ll work closely with colleagues across the store, supporting them as needed and maintaining a positive team environment.

- Digital skills: You’ll use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, focusing on availability and speed.

- Flexibility: You’ll need to be flexible, working across different areas of the store as needed and adapting to changing priorities.

**Requirements:**

- You must be 18 years or older to apply, due to the requirement to operate mechanical equipment.
