## Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our development team in Singen. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the independent installation and commissioning of software solutions for quality control at end customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Install and commission software solutions for quality control at end customers

- Provide support to customers in the printing and pharmaceutical industries

- Conduct user training sessions for software operation

- Perform software and hardware support

- Provide support via phone, remote service tools, and on-site visits

**Requirements:**

- Completed technical training, e.g., in printing technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field

- Knowledge of network structures and client and server operating systems is advantageous

- Basic knowledge of databases is desirable

- Knowledge of software validation is beneficial

- Open personality with a willingness to collaborate in an autonomous team

- Independent, structured work style and willingness to take on new challenges

- High customer orientation and flexibility, as well as willingness to travel domestically and internationally

- Valid driver's license class B

- Fluent German is not required but desirable
