## Description

We are seeking a Senior Core Software Engineer to join our team at Motive Studio in Montreal. As a Senior Core Software Engineer, you will be responsible for writing high-quality and maintainable code in C++. You will work closely with the technical lead to ensure the adoption of new technology and continuous improvement of our workflows.

Responsibilities:

- Write high-quality and maintainable code in C++

- Optimize for CPU performance and memory usage

- Debug difficult bugs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Lead by example and mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

- Experience with C++

- Experience with optimizing for CPU performance and memory usage

- Experience with low-level programming

- Experience debugging difficult bugs

- Strong communication skills
