We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales and Retention Consultant. In this role you will:

- Engage new and existing customers via non face-to-face channels on their loan and credit card needs.

- Identify and recommend the best loan and cards arrangement based on customer needs.

- Supported by digital journeys, to assist customers to complete the application and onboarding process.

- Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service.

- Meet HSBC compliance and control standards.

To be successful you will need:

- A communicator – able to communicate and express well to deliver the best experience for the customer, proficient in Mandarin and English.

- Motivated and Resilient: You thrive in a fast-paced and disciplined environment.

- Empathetic and Energetic: You take the time to listen and truly understand your client's needs, nurturing and building strong relationships with customers.

- Team Player: You are able to work both independently and also as a team and motivate those around you to deliver the best experience for the customer.

- Basic computing skills like Microsoft Word, Excel etc.

- Prior sales experience would be advantageous but not essential.
