## Description

Capital One's Card Decisioning Platforms team is looking for a Senior Associate, Product Management to lead the delivery of an industry-leading Acquisitions Experience for Capital One Card. As a Product Manager, you will work horizontally across platforms and organisations to solve complex problems within the decisioning ecosystem. You will lead a delivery team in executing the product vision for Acquisitions as a service on the Decisioning Platform.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify additional research needs

- Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving the team towards Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for feature testing

- Demonstrate a growth mindset, using hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure products deliver on real business needs

- Own and prioritise feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk

- Work autonomously in an agile environment, conducting research and developing features that utilise new and evolving technology

- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge solutions

- Deliver well-managed product platforms for customers by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy

- Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value and share with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 1 year of product management experience or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

- Intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and hungry to learn

- Strong communicator and influencer, able to communicate complex ideas clearly

- Biased towards action, able to get around roadblocks and stay focused on goals

- Passionate and customer-focused, with a desire to connect with customers to understand their needs

- Team player, able to work with diverse people and drive the team towards a common goal

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering

- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences

- 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
