## Description

We're seeking a Staff Risk Analyst to partner closely with the Chief Risk Officer. As the single accountable owner of EarnIn's fraud risk management, you will set direction, influence architecture, and drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Fraud Ops. This role spans the full lifecycle of fraud policy, from strategy through implementation and operations, impacting every product and customer interaction at EarnIn.

Key responsibilities include owning the full fraud policy lifecycle, proactively identifying emerging fraud vectors, supporting AML rule design, and leading fraud initiatives across teams. You will serve as the primary escalation point during fraud incidents and drive alignment on risk decisions that balance fraud exposure, customer experience, and regulatory requirements.

To succeed, you will need 7+ years in analytics within fintech or consumer products, a strong understanding of credit card programmes, and experience with SQL, Python or R. You should also be able to lead cross-functional programs without formal authority and communicate complex fraud concepts to non-technical audiences.

This is a remote position offering a base salary range of $170,000-$210,000 + equity + benefits.
