## Description

We are seeking a Functional Safety Engineer to develop safe and sustainable mobility solutions. As a key player in ensuring safety and quality in tomorrow's technology, you will collaborate with system, software, hardware, and test engineers to integrate and comply with safety requirements throughout the development process.

**Responsibilities:**

- Planning and execution of Functional Safety activities according to ISO 26262

- Development, breakdown, and review of safety-related requirements

- Participation in safety analyses such as HARA, FMEA, FMEDA, and FTA

- Ensuring traceability between requirements, design, implementation, and verification

- Collaboration with customers, development teams, and suppliers on safety-related issues

- Review of technical solutions and support for verification and validation activities

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software Development, or equivalent

- At least two years of experience in Functional Safety, System Safety, or related fields

- Practical experience with ISO 26262

- Experience with requirement management and safety-related requirements

- Familiarity with ASIL-classified systems

- Experience with safety analyses, especially FMEA

- Background in the automotive industry

- Good understanding of the interaction between system, software, and hardware development

- Experience with requirement management tools like SystemWeaver, DOORS, Polarion, JAMA, or similar

- Proficiency in English, spoken and written
