## Description

As a Non-Food Manager at Asda, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the George and GM departments in store.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and executing trading activity on the shopfloor to deliver great availability standards and key metrics

- Leading and coaching your team to improve routine and processes

- Ensuring shopfloor and promotional activity is landed on time to drive the store selling agenda

- Developing talent and creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted, and motivated

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment

- Operational knowledge of non-food departments

- Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink

- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership

- Strong organisational skills and great customer service

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
