## Description

Join Twilio's Digital Sales Communications team as a Senior Solutions Engineer. You'll leverage your technical expertise to understand customers' communications needs and guide them to technical solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex technical products or 6+ years of professional experience supporting technical products with customer-facing experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to gain audience confidence

- Ability to build a deep understanding of a customer's communications needs and guide them to a technical solution

- Previous software development experience or working knowledge in one or more areas: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience

**Desired Qualifications:**

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture

- Previous experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security

- Experience with sales methodologies

**Remote Work:** This role will be remote, with approximately 10% travel anticipated.

**Compensation:** Estimated pay ranges vary by location:

- Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington D.C.: $109,760.00 - $137,200.00

- New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $115,840.00 - $144,800.00

- San Francisco Bay area, California: $121,920.00 - $152,400.00
