## Description

Pinterest is looking for a Staff Qualitative researcher to play a crucial role in the Pinterest monetization team to scope, execute research and uncover insights.

The researcher will:

- Scope, prioritize, execute research using various qualitative methodologies for one or more sub areas of the monetization product

- Identify and articulate gaps in understanding of the monetization products

- Collaborate effectively with researchers across Pinterest and build strong relationships as a strategic thought partner with key senior cross functional partners

- Proactively communicate and share research findings with product and cross functional teams, leaders and other audiences

- Inform and guide product decisions and strategy within the monetization space

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience scoping, designing and conducting end-to-end product research

- Ability to toggle between owning and executing end-to-end research and leveraging insights to shape strategy and influence decision making

- Demonstrated working knowledge of modern AI tooling

- Broad toolbox of qualitative methods

- Curiosity, self-awareness, humility, and a drive for growth, learning, and sharing knowledge

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and group facilitation skills

- Experience recruiting and conducting research with businesses or on B2B products, a plus

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
