## Description

We are seeking an On Premise Executive, also known as a Musketeer, to join our team in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. As a Musketeer, you will be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise world, building strong relationships with key players in the local scene, creating new opportunities, and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities**

- Build and develop relationships with like-minded individuals in strategic hotels, including concierges, bar managers, beverage directors, and F&B directors.

- Represent the Red Bull brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of the hospitality environment.

- Develop and protect On Premise accounts in your assigned territory, analyzing the territory and specific business of each account to identify opportunities and drive distribution.

- Negotiate and execute activations, seeking proactive opportunities to implement creative elements that drive the Red Bull image and compensate for investment.

- Identify and execute experiential and creative opportunities, including corporate conferences and weddings throughout the year.

- Manage your local On Premise budget and ensure compliance with international and national guidelines.

**Requirements**

- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in sales is a plus.

- Knowledge of the On Premise market and local scene, trends, and consumer behavior.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with and influence different audiences.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and proactivity, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-energy environment.

- Valid driver's license and availability to drive as part of the role.

- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
