## Description

As a Department Manager at Victoria's Secret, you'll play a key role in the management team, driving store success and inspiring your team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customers receive personalized service and find the perfect products

- Lead by example, energizing your team and maintaining high brand standards

- Support the management team in achieving key KPIs, focusing on sales growth and profitability

- Maintain store standards, including visual displays, stock replenishment, and health and safety procedures

- Execute new product launches, floor set moves, and audits across the store

- Carry out opening and closing activities, including key holder duties

**Requirements:**

- Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced store environment

- Record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

- Understanding of team management and objective-driven performance

- Passion for retail and delivering unique customer experiences

- Keenness to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge

- Ability to lead with purpose, engage and develop your team, and build valued relationships
