## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Goring Hall Hospital in West Sussex. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, where you will supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Delivering direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols

- Assessing patient needs, prioritising care, and updating care plans accordingly

- Maintaining accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation

- Communicating effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and carers

- Supporting patients in understanding their condition, treatments, and recovery processes

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality, safe, and efficient care

- Identifying and reporting incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks in line with hospital procedures

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Be a Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration

- Have demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting

- Possess a good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice

- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Be proficient in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning

In return, Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £16.60 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
